I thought it was rather appropriate that I make an extended coaster (X-car) as it is my screen name. So here is a accurate-as-I-will-probably-ever-make custom Skyloop.
There are 6 inversions in order: Skyloop (Verticle to inverted horizontal lift transition to half heartline roll, diving loop), Zero G roll, immelmann, very loose corkscrew, dive loop.
I couldn't find many pictures of the lift structure but this is the best I could come up with.

Looks good so far. Can't wait to see the rest of the layout.

Here's my progress on the skyloop. It takes forever to line up the free nodes with every other set of cross ties. The cross ties in the editor don't match up with the ties in the simulator.

You will be putting up the triple zero-g-roll track for download, right?

Ha. Yes I will. Other than put a cartexture on it I'm not sure what else I want to do.
I'll make the texture and upload it tomorrow if not tonight. Posted Image

Edit: The name will be Cerberus. The three headed dog. (The tripple zero G roll)
I have the car texture down. I'll put in some jagged rocks and lava in the terraformer and then I'll make an environment for it.

Belleville News Democrat

When Mount Olympus opens Cerberus, their new Roller Coaster, tomorrow morning it will be the tallest roller coaster in the world at 459 feet. In Cerberus's 3625 feet of track the riders will reach speed in excess of 125 mile per hour. Cerberus will also be the first roller coaster in the world to have a triple zero g roll. That's a hill that turns riders upside down three times while making the riders feel weightless. The ride is in the Underworld section of the park between Hades and the water ride, Journey Down The River Styx. Mount Olympus expects lines to be 2 to 3 hours long so you better get there early to get a ride.

They have given us these official pictures of the ride to release:

I never knew Mt. Olympus had that much room... :P I think I started a trend, as well.

Nice ride. Unrealistic, but hey...it's you.

I am able to make a very realistic ride...I just don't because this is more fun.
If I was in a contest, I would make the ride as realistic as possible...unless, the contest was for the strangest coaster ever. That I would win. Posted Image

I just validated Cerberous, and I have a few things to say.

+ The best Nolimits tophat I have ever ridden, you should be proud of yourself. It was extremely smooth and supported perfectly.

+ Smooth hills to and from the elements.

-/+ The zero g roll had great g forces, but there were some major pumps and direction changes that were not smooth. Perhaps you should try it in Newton 2 as one file.

+ All of the supports were perfect. No complaints.

Great coaster, you are definitely getting a whole lot better.

Not bad. Top hat was pretty genuine. The triple roll felt a little awkward, but it worked. You should have added a brake run directly after the slowdown, though, for technical realism. Also, the terrain was really crappy looking; I dunno if you were just kidding around with that or not, but I know you can make NL's terrain look more realistic if you try harder.

Yea, for the terrain, I clicked on like 30 random points all across the landscape and then I raised them up one click. Then I ran the sharpen terrain features with a repeat of 7 and that's what I got. I thought the things looked like dog scratches or something so I just kept them.

I'm am considering doing a recreation of Son Of Beast.
Is that a bad idea?

Edit: Too late I've already started.I've never been to KI, I'm just going off of pictures.I will be doing the pre-2006 version with the loop and the 6-seater premier trains rather than the post-2006 version with the S-bend and the lighter 4-seat Gerstauler trains. So far I have built the track to the first half of the first double helix (rite before the brake run). I have the drop at exactly 56 degrees like the real ride. (I'm building in Newton2).

Edit2: I'm starting the loop rite now.

I finished the track in Newton2. (All one element). If this thing doesn't fit on the map, I'm going to cry.Posted Image(not really).
I don't think I ever had forces above 3.5G's so it should be safe. IMO I think I did very well with the shaping of the helices and hills. I only had about 10 pictures to figure the whole layout off of.
I should have pictures up later today.

Edit: YEAY!!! It fits on the map. (just barely)

2nd Edit: NL almost crashed when I started auto-supports.

3rd Edit: I nailed the top speed. Exactly 78 MPH!

This is my progress so far. I haven't even touched the 3ds yet or the terrain. For 3ds I will make the roof of the station (red, white, gray stripes) and then I may make stairs. I'm just making this off of satellite and off ride photos. (thanks to coastergallery.com and RCDB)
I know some of the shaping for the helices is off a little bit, but thats how it is.

SoB looks pretty good. the first helix isn't quite that circular and the second helix is a little bit tighter in real life but other than those couple of nit-picks this is a great recreation.

Going back to your previous coasters, most people who make unrealistic ones just make them look like they're just messing around or very unexperienced. Your unrealistic ones are so crazy, brilliant, and fun that you should do more of them. Your ideas are crazy, especially with the bridges. You even make excellent realistic coasters!

^^^Thankyou very much.

Edit: I'm thinking about finishing up that crazy strata twister coaster.
I still need to name it. Any ideas?

How about: Quintessence of Insanity ?

Panic, Banshee, Ravine, Third Kind, Unidentified, Epilepsy Alert, Phobia, Dr. Suess's Revenge, Mercenary, etc.

Quintessence is way to long. Insanity is OK, except that I'm already using it on a project.

Ok....thank's for the segestions.
I just thought of one:
Revenge of Thing Two's imaginary friend.
I wasn't thinking of anything Dr. Seuss so thank you for suggesting that.
I will chose a name later though.
For now, I need to complete the other 75% of the supports on the 3.7 mile long track.
