Whatever the case, your best place to get an answer would be in the Bug Reports topic in the Community Issues forum.

what type of file is it? It might be a file that we've chosen to not allow for some reason, or that just isn't in our "allowed" list. If it's not that, it could just be a bug with the forums.

I'm pretty sure they are PNG files. For a while I thought they were JPEGs. That might have been the problem.

Notice that the file is actually scaled.php.
You need to link to the image.

subdomain.domain.countrycode/(some kind of reference or instructions)/scaled.phpThe rest of it after that point doesn't matter at all.
That means that this is actually a piece of code written in PHP (a programming language used for databases).
you need the direct URL to the image. Try to right-click and open in a new window or "Go to target" or something like that. then right-click on that, and say, "Get image location" THAT is what you need to link to.

In any case, this is what a link should look like:

I prefer Dropbox. I save a photo to a folder in Dropbox, which automatically uploads and syncs to an online database. I go to that database, grab the public link, paste into the image tags.

Last year, Timber was not well recieved, so Sandy Lake Park took the liberty of replacing it with a brand new roller coaster!
Racing coasters are all the rage, so the came up with
Racer!

Racer uses Timber's original station, and it looks like Sandy Lake is keeping some secrets!

The park management built walls to make Racer look better. It looks like there will soon be an expansion to the park! This park must be all about making guests happy!

EDIT: By the way, this scenario does not have any custom or downloaded scenery. Just pure RCT2.

That is really cool I could never do these things in rct2.
That's funny. I couldn't for the life of me make any kind of scenery in RCT3.

This is a big year for the park. Louie Zistelli has pulled out all the stops by enhancing the park's theming and adding two whole new rides! The park followed their guest's advice by making the park look nicer with the new
Racer Plaza, with amazing magic jumping fountains!

and the new Whirling Garden, showcasing the newest coaster, Virginia Reel!

Also, new for the park this year is Sky Watch, looking over the dazzling forests of the Santa Fe area.

Zistelli is sure this will be the last major update for a few years, while he helps his long-time companion, Angel D. Flynne Jr. develop his own dream of creating an amusement park just like Zistelli's.
(It's about to get interesting (Google Angus G. Wynne Jr. and Louis Zistel.). Don't forget about Rochestere!)
