The folder itself which you download, do you put the WHOLE unzipped folder in themed/style or the files inside it, the .ovl files?

I know a lot of people are waiting for the steel I beam but I have decided to work on another set first. Neon lighting set recolorable lighting emitters. Basely as the name says this wet will included many different strength light emitters which are recolorable so that you can match the lights color the neon tube gives off to the color of the actually tube.
A few reasons why I have decided to do this is one I don’t have a lot of free time and the I-beams will take much longer to do and I would like to have this out with in few weeks.
Two knowing that people will probably like to make holiday themed parks like they did last year I figured some people might find these to come in handy.
First picture.
Know that you can visually see it I will explain all the options you are seeing for each light emitter.
Since I am sure we all know how there a three recolorable options on scenery each piece has three setting you can set.
1.You can set the color of the light emitter
2.You can set the light color
3.(This is where it gets interesting) you can set if you want a glow and what color it is around the light emitter.

Well here is a bit about the glow emitters this part of the set will included 4 different size glow pieces in 8 positions making for 32 pieces in total. Also what i did was to make these pieces more useful i put a light of strength 3 in them since its a standard light size. So far i have the first 8 done here is a little screen shot.
Ps. theses pieces dint have the draw distance problems of the original lighting emitter you can practically see them all they way zoomed out.

I have decided to make the Neon Lighting Set 3 Recolorable Lighting Emitters a two part set and part one is know completed.
Some helpful information on the piece names If name starts with 1 its a light emitter
If name starts with 2 its a glow emitter for standard walls, i have also put them in an order of the one i think will be used more often at the top and least often at the bottom. Also i used filters so lighting emitters will be under miscellaneous, standard wall glow emitters will be under wall pieces.
Helpful hints to using the set: one is since they are recolorable the default color is black meaning no light is given off unless you select a color. Two is recorable lights can not be recolored once placed so to change the color of a light you have to replace it. Three the position in this set are the same as the other Neon Lighting Sets.
Here is an example of how you can use this set to add some holiday cheer to your parks.
Download can be fount here
Note circular lights and diagonal lights will be in part 2.

I am thinking along the lines of Neon Lighting Set 4 Recolorable Lighting Emitters part two. As versatile as it already is i want to support diagonal and circular walls along with a few other ideas i have in my head.

If you look at picture one ware you see the grid line you can just use the stranded lights (red)
Now in picture two ware you don’t see the grid line it’s a little harder to do. You have to make I mix between the Offset 1 pieces (Blue) and the offset 1 position 2 (green).
i cant seem to figure out how to put the lights on the outside corner when u cant see the grid line so can someone please help me out?
