Here is a little update showing the beams 1 – 4 high. What I really want to point out is how the beams are a size that allows them to be used with walls with out the textures mixing and getting messed up. Hear is a picture showing what I am talking about (reminder the texture will be fixed to reflect light)

This set will defiantly going to eventual be complete. As for making scenery your going to first off need a 3D modeling program. For me I use anim8or for modeling (which is free) and then texture and get my modals ready to go in to rct3 in milkshape (which is 25 dollars). Now there are people that make even there modals in milkshape and anim8or can also texture (what I told you was my personal preference on making modals). There is also blender (which is free) which is a very good free program but its not the easiest to learn but if you think you have the will to learn it its probably your best option I know there are scenery creators at the atria forum that go from start to finish in blender. Then you will also need a program for making textures which ms paint probably wont cut it so if you don’t have another graphic program you like some people at Atari like to use GIMP (which is free)
You could also find out more information (even about file conversions and using the importer at the link below but I recommend learning how to modal and texture before looking at the importer. If you really interested in learning fell free to make a thread about scenery making here ware you could ask your questions.

You might also want to stop by at he custom scenery making forum at Atari.

By the way seeing as you are in to custom scenery and that, do you know if anyone has created lights that countdown a launch, like RITA or Stealth, TTD, KK? I think someone was creating them but I'm not sure..

Common i only started it 6 months a go
Well it's coming back new and improved. All pices are being re done to reduce polygon count and to use texture referencing.
More information is coming soon. I am hoping to have set 1 out in a week or so thanks to the improvements belgobor made to the importer which are saving me allot of time this time around

But this can be used to support stations (and water slides as mentioned) it looks that they will be very useful when making a park though.

The first picture is of the second style of the beam.
The second picture shows how Type 1 looks with walls.
the third picture shows how the walls work with type 2.
Know if you haven't noticed type 1 works better with walls type 2 works better with out walls, that is why I made two versions depending on what you wan to use them for.
