Well I finally have an update four you. This is actually a double update.
First about the ride here is a new screen (picture number one)
Second about the set it will basically have one rock type with many deferent options to make it more randomized. Now I am also have some very un come ideas I might make for the set (kind of on the futuristic side) but I am still sure if I will do it since the ideas haven’t fully been tested yet.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

EDIT: This will make rocky parks so much more realisic. If someone builds mountain and puts your rocks in them, since the texuring is the same, it will match the edges of the mountain, thus making the spot between land and rock seemless!
EDIT 2: Are the rocks quarter tiles? shyguy makes all of his pieces quarter tiles so that you can have one half of the piece in one grid sqaure, and the other half in another. This maybe be hard to understand, but if you do understand, cna you answer my question: will it apply to your rocks as well? If it does, can you make it so that one half of the rock is one texture, and the other is another?
Here is a picure of what I mean, the circle is the rock, with one have being the rocky texture, and the other half being the reddish-cayon-rocky texture. The grey square is ground with the rocky texture. The orange-red sqaure being the reddish-cayon-rocky texture. The green is grass. The black lines are the grid on the map:

As for the rock texture splitting on different squares no it doesn’t do it. The rock is only one texture out a time I have yet to figure anyway that the textures mix on the rock.
I am glad to hear you like the idea of this set.
As for making scenery I wont say it is easy but once you learn the basics and get your first object correctly in game you start to leer things quickly and before you know it you have most things figured out (I wont say all cause there is still many unknowns in custom scenery). As for effect point i would say maybe only 1/2 of current scenery makers actually now / use them. There really not the most import so if that is stopping you from experimenting with custom scenery don't let it stop you its not that important.

Another update for the set showing walls that match the terrain and cliff textures just in case you want to make a vertical wall. For some reason the cliff texture doesn’t map to good though.
Also while working on the ride I noticed if to many of the rooks have the same texture they glitch and disappear easily but changing the texture seams to solve the problem.

Now time for a set update. The next type of rooks are sold colored recolorable rooks. These can be used for many things such as using natural colors to blend in to your scenery or using bright colors to make futuristic looking structures. These should allow for many different uses.
