We I have been wanting to tinker around with CS again so the Idea came to me to make a Christmas set I have no idea exactly how far I will get with this set but I will release what ever I have by the end of the year. If any one wants to do a holiday park I might consider giving out bata versions to a small group of people.

First items I will be working on are Christmas Trees.

That's all for now hope to have more updates soon.

A few more pieces have been made to add more verity.

The Tree is rather large right now it is over 20 units high to put it in perspective the stare is 4 units.

Picture with the new pieces.

kewl. are we going to see a snowman? I'd like some nice textures on that, and a santas hat, (life size) would be cool too.

Well my neon lighting set 3 makes for really good Christmas lights.

There might be snow flack decorations.

As for falling snow I might look to see if there is a snow particle effect some one will be wiling to donate to me, cause I have never used the particle effect editor and heard that wild brook it. I could do some walls with an animated snow texture.

Three more stare sizes have been added (look the back line) to add more variety of scale depending on the size of the tree. The front row is an example of placing two stars on top of each other to give more of a rounded star look.

Lights for the trees are now done. They are recolorable and light up at night.

Here is a pic to show some ways the lights can be used.

nice, those would look great at night in any park. What is the largest tree create-able; RCT unit wise?

Some where in the 20 I believe about 24 to be exact with the way I stack them (depending on how you stack them they can be taller or smaller.

Full Set some time in the end of December but there will be a bata for those making holiday parks sooner.

Stars have been updated. First there is a new style of stare that has a sinner effect (I left the old ones stile in) Second the stars now light up at night. there are outer lights and inner lights and they can both be turned on and off.

Comparison of new and old stars

Now that trees stage one are complete I will be experimenting with tress phase two but I am not sure if my ideas will work or not.

This will definitely help me when I do my holiday rendition of my park. Are you going to do different light strings to put on buildings and trees already featured in the game. Perhaps a Santa and his reindeer figure we can hoist onto the lift hill. Great job!

Well yesterday I finished my last two finals and that means finally an update!

Lighting emitters have been add for lighting up the trees at night, but I forgot to take a pic.

Ribbons have been added to decorate your trees, there are two types sold, and shiny. If you want you want lets say only one ribbon instead of two you can use the sold ones and set one ribbon to the tree color to make it blend in.

Attached Image: Shot0032.jpg

I also have some other tree decorations I am working on. Plan is to realise the set December 24.
