Highland, Indiana, USA - Last Friday, a nine year old boy passed away after allegedly rushing onto a carnival ride when the other passengers had already been locked in. The boy fell 25 feet to the ground headfirst while riding the Wind Shear in Highland, Indiana. Initial observations were not able to reveal the cause of the boy’s death, however he did meet the height requirement. The ride is owned by Midwest Midways of Steger, Illinois. An investigation is ongoing.
