Joanna Boey has accused the Hong Kong government of conspiracy following the end of investigation into her mother's death at the Disneyland park.
Joanna Boey says that her mother was denied adequate medical treatment during a heart attack at Hong Kong Disneyland in the park's opening month last September. In fact, she states that the park failed to provide any treatment whatsoever prior to Nge Yoi Chan's death at age 82.

Now, Boey has blamed the Hong Kong government of conspiracy and coverup after learning that the inquiry into her mother's death has been closed.

The Singapore native notes that the government failed to collect evidence in her possession that helps prove her case that the park failed her mother adequate such as records she held detailing conversations with insurance officials.

She cites the government's 50-percent share in the park as a motive for closing the investigation prematurely. The government held 57 percent of the park's shares as of Hong Kong Disneyland's debut last fall.

Her intention now is to take the case to the United States.
