Its time for another contest! This time we are taking it to RCT3 for a little winter contest. The main objective will be to create a section of a park themed to winter, or a specific winter holiday if you choose. By section, I mean something similar to Frontierland at CP, Tomorrowland at Disney World, ect. More of this will be explained in the rules.
